Beyond Burnaby

Although Burnaby, BC is home, and I write a blog about the outdoors and nature in our home city <click here>, Maureen and I travel a fair bit and frequently get asked; “How was the trip?”, and “Show us your photos.”

So by popular demand – that’s at least three people –  here’s a few of our trip reports. Some of these we’ve taken together, some with others, and sometimes we’ve gone separately. Separately is code for my birding trips.

The header picture is from a truly memorable trip we took together to Newfoundland in 2007. Lobster Cove Head Lighthouse, Rocky Harbour is at the entrance to Boone Bay, part of Gros Morne National Park.
